Pipeline Construction: Cross-country pipeline installation, including stringing, bending, welding (manual and automated), Non-Destructive Examination (NDE), coating, lowering-in, and backfill. We manage complex Right-of-Way (ROW) logistics and environmental sensitivities.
Terminals & Tank Farms: Construction of above-ground storage tanks (ASTs) for crude oil and refined products, including floating and fixed roof designs. We also install loading racks, pumping stations, and vapor recovery systems.
Compressor & Pump Stations: Mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation installation for the stations that keep product moving through the pipeline.

Our Process Lifecycle
Phase 1: Regulatory & ROW Preparation
We initiate projects by navigating the complex web of regulatory requirements. We work with environmental consultants to ensure compliance with EPA (or local European environmental agencies) standards. We engage with landowners and stakeholders along the pipeline route to facilitate smooth construction access.
Phase 2: Mechanical Integrity Assurance
We implement a strict quality management program. Every welding procedure is qualified (PQR), every welder is tested (WPQ), and every weld is tracked via a Weld Map. We coordinate with third-party NDE technicians to perform X-ray, ultrasonic, and magnetic particle testing to verify 100% code compliance.
Phase 3: Hydrostatic Testing & System Flush
Prior to commissioning, we conduct hydrostatic testing of pipelines and vessels to prove their mechanical strength. We then flush and clean the systems to remove debris, ensuring that the internal environment is pristine and ready for hydrocarbons.
Phase 4: Mechanical Completion & Handover
